Our Sustainable Mission
Our mission is to integrate sustainability into every aspect of our production. We focus on minimizing waste by repurposing CRGO leftovers into high-quality magnetic cores. By reducing our carbon footprint, we actively contribute to environmental protection and energy efficiency. We believe in strengthening the local economy by keeping recycling and manufacturing processes within Europe. Through innovation and responsibility, we are committed to building a cleaner, more sustainable future.
Our Employees Make the Difference
At our locations, we’re proud to employ over 30 skilled professionals who help drive our success every day. As a socially responsible employer, we’re committed to creating a stable, supportive, and growth-focused workplace. We believe that investing in our team means investing in our future.
That’s why we prioritize continuous training and development—keeping our employees ahead of industry trends and helping them grow both personally and professionally.
By offering secure employment and promoting lifelong learning, we support not only our team members, but also their families and communities. Our commitment to fairness, sustainability, and progress drives everything we do - because our people are at the heart of it all.

Circular Use of Materials
European Recognition and Support
Our project has been officially recognized by the European Union for its innovative approach to sustainable manufacturing and circular resource use. This acknowledgment underscores the relevance and impact of our work in advancing environmentally responsible industrial practices. As part of this recognition, we received EU funding to support the further development, scaling, and implementation of our solution. The support not only validates our mission but also empowers us to accelerate progress, expand our reach, and contribute meaningfully to Europe’s green and digital transition. We are proud to be part of a broader movement shaping the future of sustainable industry across the continent.
The establishment of our production facilities is supported by the State of Lower Saxony through the “Ressourceneffizienz und Kreislaufwirtschaft” program. Within the framework of this program, we were able to implement our slitting/welding system and also the laser cutting system. These investments form the foundation of our precise, energy-efficient, and resource-conscious manufacturing process – contributing to the responsible use of materials and energy.
Furthermore, our project received additional support through a grant from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), under the program “Stärker entwickelte Regionen (SER)” for the funding period from 2021 to 2027. This programme has funded investments in construction, the purchase of machinery, equipment, facilities, software and a PV system. This funding enables us to produce resource-efficient transformer cores made from secondary materials and supports the ongoing development of our sustainable manufacturing process.
